Every child that walks through our door is full of potential. We love working with children and their families - our priority is that they feel cared-for and walk away with confidence.
Respond Clinic therapy involves connecting, listening to, and working together with parents and caregivers; watching and responding to your child; and a playful approach to exploring what works for you and your little one.
Our Respond Clinic Therapy Process of “wow, talk, play, plan” provides an easy structure for children and their caregivers to follow each session.
We warmly welcome children with and without diagnoses.
We work with all children and families including children and infants with
disabilities
health and medical conditions
delays in development
excessive crying or unsettled
difficulties with sleep
pain
extreme and at times unmanageable energy
difficulty with emotions
No referral is necessary - billing can be through personal funds, NDIS, Medicare (e.g. Chronic Disease Management) and Private Health Funds.
Unique children, full of potential.
Our values
Genuine Care
We connect with you and your child with warmth and curiosity. Your story is at the centre of our therapy. We do what we do because we care about you. We see the best in you and your child - and we always start our sessions talking about ‘wow’ moments that have happened between sessions.
When we show genuine care, we act with respect, and empathy. Dignity matters to us. Diversity is important.
What Matters to You
Every family is unique. Your priorities are our priorities. We listen and respond to your values and your situation. When we talk - it’s a 2-way conversation. When we play - we focus on what matters to your child. When you go home with a therapy plan - it’s guided by what matters to you.
We also focus on what matters to infants and children in the early years: nurturing care, physical connection, play, growing up with friends, learning, adventuring, and beginning to care for yourself.
Excellence and Quality
We are driven to provide the highest standard of care so that we can maximize positive outcomes for families.
Our services are evidence-based. We engage in continuous learning. Our outcomes measures and quality assurance processes ensure we reach potential every day. We aren’t afraid to think outside the box. We are focused on your satisfaction.
